Bunnings Warehouse Conversion

MODE partnered with BWP Trust and project managers Cushman & Wakefield to transform a former Bunnings warehouse into a dynamic retail hub in Mandurah, Western Australia—approximately 35 minutes from Perth CBD. The 8,500 sqm site redevelopment focused on repurposing the existing structure to accommodate multiple retail tenancies, with Amart Furniture as the anchor tenant.

The project included extensive upgrades to bring the building up to current standards, including a full reroof, new services, and enhanced insulation. A new awning and additional façade openings were introduced to provide greater flexibility for future leasing opportunities.

Delivered by ADCO Construction, the project was successfully completed 25 days ahead of schedule, demonstrating seamless collaboration and efficient project management.
