Gerrit Olivier
Gerrit is one of the most experienced corrections site architects in the country. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges of corrections architecture, his extensive experience has positioned him as a trusted leader in this field. Gerrit’s comprehensive knowledge of operational processes and site-specific requirements ensures that each project he leads is designed with security, functionality, and rehabilitation in mind.
Charles Fisher
Charles has a long-standing history of delivering secure projects that balance the stringent security needs of correctional environments with thoughtful design. His extensive portfolio showcases decades of experience in creating resilient, adaptable spaces that not only meet current demands but are built to evolve with future requirements.
Eric Moroney
Joining MODE five months ago, Eric brings a valuable perspective with over 20 years of experience, including working client-side for the Department of Corrections on a number of projects. His long-established relationship with the Department is built on trust and a thorough understanding of the operational complexities within corrections facilities. Eric’s unique insights help us align our designs with the specific needs of the Department, ensuring seamless project delivery.
David Barerra Robles
David is our newest team member, joining us in November 2024. With experience in HM Prison Services and Home Office immigration facilities in the UK, David brings fresh international insights to our team. His work on high-stakes corrections projects and National Reception Centers for Home Office and the Ministry of Justice in the UK focused on meeting increased operational demands and deliverables, including first-of-its-kind facilities for the immigration services in the UK, an experience that will prove invaluable as we continue to address the growing needs of New Zealand’s corrections sector.
