TIO Stadium Clubhouse Facilities

MODE worked with Jaytex Constructions on the TIO changerooms, umpires room, media room, timekeepers, kiosk and ticket box under a design and construct contract.

The work included the design development of existing drawings and the construction support of Jaytex during the build. The works are to the south of field 2 at TIO stadium introducing changerooms for unisex use with the increase of female participation at the ground. Designated umpire room increases the safety and comfort for the officials.

The elongated building ensures maximum visual connection to the field and the small kiosk will increase the amenities for spectators. The materiality of the project allowed for robust construction to withstand football team use and with picture perforated screening allowed for some promotional signage.
