Marshall Road Sports Precinct Master Plan

MODE’s Landscape Architecture and Urban Design team were commissioned by the Department of Education Queensland and SPORTENG to assist with the master planning of a new sports precinct.

This staged master plan required a pragmatic and innovative approach to site planning and our team were instrumental in re-working an existing master plan to provide a more efficient and cost effective response.

Our team proposed the incorporation of additional facilities such as a café, function spaces, a dog park and playground to not only ensure that community ownership and investment was encouraged, but could also provide the Department of Education with opportunities for additional revenue.
