The concept is inspired by the natural beauty of Hervey Bay emulating coastal qualities in Architectural forms while creating an active streetscape that creates a destination precinct.

The building proposes asymmetrical and organic forms which endorse a coastal narrative of tidal dunes, undulating landscaping, billowing sail-like structures, and oasis-like landscaped common areas. The elevations change from a base of undulating surfaces with landscaping features to larger gestures that recall ripple effects, exposed by wind and water, crag-like and stripped geomorphic forms that support plant life and micro-climates.
