Energex Berrinba

MODE was appointed as the principal consultant in managing the design, documentation and procurement for both the commercial building, fitout and warehouse depot facilities on the Energex site at Berrinba.

This project was heavily geared around delivering on program and providing a value for money solution. MODE also focused on the Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD) properties and sustainable design solutions for the proposal; assisting Energex with operational and life-cycle costing and strategies to mitigate unnecessary expense.
In a testament to our strong working relationships with clients, MODE was also appointed as the principal consultant for Energex’s Office & Depot at Cleveland in Brisbane’s bayside.
