Coppabella Central Facilities

The centrepiece of the village is the central facilities building providing dining, entertainment and recreation amenities for village residents and the wider community.

To service the ultimate capacity of 3,600 for the Coppabella Accommodation Village, a new tavern and training facility was developed to complete the community facilities for the village. The design of the tavern takes advantage of the Queensland climate to maximise covered outdoor seating space. The tavern includes casual dining facilities and a coffee shop allowing it to serve as a community hub. Extensive use of steel framing combined with careful detailing achieves a low maintenance structure that will be used by visitors and residents for generations to come.
