Boonah Town Centre Revitalisation

MODE has worked closely with Scenic Rim Regional Council to look at a variety of innovative options for revitalising the centre of Boonah.

MODE were able to assess a variety of constraints, including poor circulation, steep grades, poor passive surveillance and existing non-compliant pathways and ramps, and provide solutions to Council that resulted in a re-working and re-design of a large portion of the Service Centre. This approach, based on MODE’s trademarked Innovation Capitalisation process, allowed our team to assess this project and assist our client in realising some of the opportunities and potential that this site had to offer. MODE’s multidisciplinary project team featured Landscape Architects, Architects and our Graphics and Wayfinding specialists.
