Reaching a 10-year milestone is a remarkable achievement, one that reflects dedication, expertise, and the lasting impact our people have on shaping MODE’s success.
We proudly celebrate Greg Barker, Henry Kaschig, Emily Cavanagh, Dinesh Amaradasa and Carl Ko, who have each spent the past decade contributing their talent, leadership, and innovation to our projects and teams. Their commitment embodies MODE’s philosophy of being CONNECTED BY DESIGN, reinforcing our drive to create meaningful spaces and lasting partnerships across sectors and disciplines.
Each of these individuals has played a pivotal role in MODE’s journey:
Greg Barker has been instrumental in delivering large-scale infrastructure and sports projects, bringing strategic leadership and technical expertise to complex developments. As Associate Director and Project Lead for Sport & Recreation in Queensland, Greg continues to shape community-focused environments with his meticulous approach.
Henry Kaschig as Associate Director at MODE and a decade of experience across residential, commercial, and health sectors. Based in our Gold Coast studio, he excels in leading projects from concept to completion, delivering innovative solutions while fostering strong client, contractor, and consultant relationships.
Emily Cavanagh has been a driving force in shaping MODE’s Interior Design for the last ten years. As Associate Interior Design and her ability to combine design thinking with project delivery has contributed significantly to our success across commercial, retail, residential, health, education, and aviation projects.
Dinesh Amaradasa is an Associate Architect at MODE with 14 years of experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Specialising in design and documentation, he has led complex projects from concept to completion. Since joining MODE in 2015, he has played a key role in delivering high-quality Law & Order projects.
Carl Ko is an Associate Architect at MODE with over 10 years of experience across education, community, government, and commercial sectors in our Perth studio. A detail-driven all-rounder, he specialises in BIM documentation, and collaborative design, bringing technical expertise and innovation to every project.
