MODE’s studios have seen significant growth in project opportunities over the last few months and have rewarded the contributions of key staff through internal promotions, bolstering its executive leadership group.

Say hello to MODE's new Directors and Associate Directors!

Key appointments include Saurin Shah and Esther Kim to Director.
Five staff have also been promoted to Associate Director, including Chris Rodgers, Iris Clarke, Erin Warner, Jessica Riley, and Rebecca Adams – adding four more women to MODE’s executive team and working towards further gender parity across the practice as a whole.

Simon Paul and Suzannah Harvey are Studio Directors in both Perth and Sunshine Coast respectively. Steve Langton will lead MODE’s Landscape Architecture nationally, and Shaun Miller, Dustin Johnston, Tim Williams, and Morgan Corkill have been promoted to Associate.
